Regarding our BF3 Servers Recent Performance

Our clan has two BF3 servers, one 32 and one 48 player both controlled by two separate GA accounts.
Both of these servers will kick all players from the server at random occasions. It does not seem to correlate to player count, as it may do it when it is full, or only 2 players in.
The server will stay up, and we can rejoin in about 3 minutes after being kicked. The server is in the same state it was before kicking everyone, rush and conquest progress will be the same.

The problems that you have reported (players being disconnected from your servers, servers disappearing from BattleLog, etc) are caused by a known issue that is currently affecting BF3 servers from a number of different Game Server Providers, both in Australia and in other countries. You may have noticed that it has become more frequent over the last few weeks, and for many customers has become intolerable this weekend.
Unfortunately, the disconnections are caused by a networking issue in another country. This issue is outside our ability to fix or avoid. We are working with EA/DICE to bring as much pressure as possible on the company that has the power to fix the issue, but we have been given no ETA on a resolution. The latest update we've received was that the problem was resolved, but we've seen no improvement at this time.
I hope to have more detailed information about this issue for you soon, and I have requested a statement from EA/DICE that will answer any questions you have, but I'm not certain if they will provide one. I think it is important that you be given answers about why this has happened, but they take the security of their network very seriously and have declined in the past to make public statements about these sorts of problems if they feel that it would give people information that they could use to attack BF3 servers.
Even though this problem is outside our control, I've credited each of your active subscriptions with an additional five days of time as some compensation.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. We take pride in the quality of our service and we are as disappointed as you are when we offer anything other than rock solid, lag free servers.
